Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson is going on injured reserve with a Lisfranc sprain in his foot, multiple outlets reported Monday.

The injury could sideline the six-time Pro Bowl selection for four to six weeks, per NFL Network.

The IR move means he would miss at least the next four games: Week 12 at Dallas, Week 13 vs. Chicago, Week 14 at Los Angeles Chargers and Week 15 vs. Las Vegas.

Johnson, 35, started Sunday night’s 16-9 win against the Detroit Lions but played only 14 snaps before being ruled out for the game.

It has been a painful year for the two-time Super Bowl champion and two-time first-team All-Pro, who is in his 13th season with Philadelphia. He previously dealt with neck, shoulder and ankle injuries but has started all 10 games for the NFC East-leading Eagle
