External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Tuesday as part of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of Heads of Government meeting. He delivered a strong message on terrorism, economic volatility and the need for organisational reform.
