The transition from primary to high school can be a stressful time as new routines, new expectations and shifting friendships can leave students feeling anxious.

This transition can be difficult for parents too. But while stress is common, it does not have to define the experience.

That's where understanding and building on strengths can make a powerful difference, according to Dan Hardie, who is set to share his insights with students and parents in Bomaderry this month.
