JOHNSTOWN — The city of Johnstown adopted a $19.7 million budget for 2026 on Monday that maintains spending levels, but increases the property tax rate 2%.
The adoption, 4-0 with Council Member Scott Miller, 2nd Ward, absent, came after nobody commented on the spending package at a public hearing.
