PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) - Plans for an ICE operational center in the town of Plattsburgh were approved by the planning board during Tuesday night’s meeting.
The facility at the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base is expected to house an office for Homeland Security Investigations, a division under ICE. But the branch of government has not been revealed in public documents.
