Parts of the UK have seen snowfall overnight on Tuesday, while several weather warnings for snow and ice remain in place over most of the country.
Met Office weather maps show the areas of the UK where some more snow might fall over the day on Wednesday, November 19, which includes parts of Scotland and north east England.
Greater Manchester has for the most part managed to avoid snow so far , however an ice warning remains in place until 11am. A Met Office spokesperson told the M.E.N. that Manchester is in for a bright and sunny day after the morning cloud clears, though it will remain cold.
