OTWAY, Ohio. (WSAZ) - Ohio Governor Mike DeWine will be in Otway to designate Scioto Brush Creek as the state’s 17th Ohio Scenic River.
He will be joined by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for the designation.
According to the department, the mission of the Ohio Scenic Rivers Program is to preserve and protect the environment one river at a time.
