RED CLOUD, Neb. (KSNB) - Transparency concerns took center stage at Monday night’s Red Cloud Community Schools board meeting, where nearly three dozen citizens watched tensions unfold between parents and board leadership.

The meeting, which lasted over an hour and a half with most time spent in closed session, underscored the ongoing divide between community members seeking answers and district leadership.
