KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Felony charges have been filed against three individuals involved in an incident that included shots fired at a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper.

MSHP said 22-year-old Thomas J. Weyer, of Kansas City, Missouri; 18-year-old Kaden A. Clark of Pleasant Valley, Missouri; and 19-year-old Khia N. Harris of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, were each charged with felonies after a shooting late Sunday night.

A fourth individual who was arrested was identified as a 16-year-old juvenile. MSHP said the teen remains in custody of the juvenile justice authorities.
