ANN ARBOR — Michigan denied Middle Tennessee clean looks much of the night and gradually pulled away for an 86-61 win Wednesday at Crisler Center.
Yaxel Lendeborg was the best player on the floor, posting 25 points on 9 of 12 shooting to go with 12 rebounds. He scored 18 in a dominant second half.
Nine Wolverines played at least 15 minutes and all of them appeared in the scoring and rebounding columns.
Michigan (4-0) deployed a third different starting group in four games as Dusty May continues to tinker with lineups. Will Tschetter, wearing long sleeves under his jersey, started in place of Aday Mara. Mara still played 21 minutes and posted 10 points and 10 rebounds.
