Dana Kiner, a local woman, has been found not guilty on charges of forgery and theft after falling victim to a scam involving a fake Hollywood connection with actor Shemar Moore.

Kiner took the stand during the trial this week, explaining to jurors that her ordeal began when she fell in love with someone she believed to be Moore, known for his roles in "The Young and the Restless" and "Criminal Minds." She said, "He was my man. I loved him."
