New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday congratulated Nitish Kumar on taking oath as Bihar chief minister. Modi also conveyed his greetings to the newly appointed deputy chief ministers and other ministers who assumed office during the ceremony. He praised Nitish as an experienced administrator with a proven record of delivering good governance.

In a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), the prime minister conveyed his regards.
