The Christmas creep will be on full display the next two weekends in downtown Fargo, but don’t expect any complaints from guests.
Christkindlmarkt, a European-style open-air market specializing in holiday gifts and goods runs this Friday through Sunday and again Nov. 28 through 30 at the Fargo Civic Center.
Friday - Sunday
Vendors will line the mall between the Civic Center and the Fargo Public Library with fires for marshmallow roasting as well as blacksmithing demonstrations and more. Inside there are food and beer options as well as more vendors and a steady lineup of performers on the main stage. Highlights of the first weekend include the tree lighting at 6 p.m. Friday and roaming previews of the “Nutcracker” ballet Friday through Sunday.
Tickets are $10 for adults and kids 17 and
