Guess who’s back?

It’s Will Thilly, the Cranford resident who became a viral sensation after silently breakdancing in what he called a “dance protest” at a town committee in September.

Thilly, 51, was back at the lectern last week. This time, he brought a giant beach ball, signaling his repertoire, like his list of grievances, may continue to expand.

In footage of the meeting live-streamed by the township, Mayor Terrence Curran grabs his gavel as he sees Thilly approach, donning a purple Hawaiian shirt, pink shorts, flip-flops and an oversized clock hung around his neck, mimicking rapper Flavor Flav.

“Mr. Thilly. Mr. Thilly. I’m going to tell you right now — this is not - this is disruption,” he says. “And we’re not allowing for props unless it stays right at the podium.”
