EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - A beloved anonymous donor has returned to Easterseals for Christmas.

The donor, who goes by “Pete,” has made 44 donations since 1990 and has donated over $108,000.

According to the press release, Pete gave $2,000 this year by leaving a gift box outside the nonprofit.

They say his donation will give gifts to children with disabilities and their siblings for disadvantaged families.

Officials say Pete’s donations have always arrived in the form of hundred-dollar bills delivered in different ways.

They say his donations have inspired other people, groups and companies to join and support children and families each holiday season.
