GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WVLT) - The city of Gatlinburg has announced that the 52nd annual Festival of Trees is returning Thanksgiving Weekend.
It’s taking place from Nov. 26 through Nov. 30 at the W.L. Mills Conference Center, located at 234 Historic Nature Trail in Gatlinburg. It will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
According to the city, visitors will get to enjoy elaborately decorated trees and decorations as well as photo opportunities, children’s crafts and a play area. Santa Claus will also be there on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public. The city said any money raised from the event will support the Boys and Girls Club of the Great Smoky Mountains and the Gatlinburg Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
