TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - WCTV drone video shows the aftermath of a fire that largely destroyed a Tallahassee apartment complex Wednesday night.

Over 70 people were displaced, 53 of whom were FSU students.

Aerial video and photos show extensive damage to a building at The Social Seminole, an off-campus student apartment complex.

Only one building sustained serious damage, but other buildings in the complex were evacuated.

Residents have recounted the harrowing experience of escaping the flames.

FSU is working to provide students with alternate housing and other resources.

Eight people were injured as a result of the fire.
