SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - The South Bend Community Police Review Board was expected to make a final decision Thursday night regarding an officer who detained a teenage girl in an incident that became a viral video.
South Bend police have already concluded the officer did nothing wrong.
The Community Police Review Board is supposed to have a check on the police department but at the meeting more than half the review board wasn’t there.
