LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A man was arrested in connection with a sexual abuse investigation, West Virginia State Police said Thursday.

John Wood, 70, who’s from Logan County, faces three counts of sexual abuse.

Wood is accused of sexually abusing multiple children, dating back more than 20 years.

Troopers say the investigation remains active.

Wood was taken to the Southwestern Regional Jail. His bond is $75,000 cash only.
