The director of a daycare said Nov. 13 that a man used profanities toward the staff and urinated in the parking lot before he left that morning.

The man was upset because he had arrived past the allowed time to drop off his children.

The staff chose not to pursue charges and said they would report any further issues they may have with the Cleveland man.

Progressive Insurance security said Nov. 11 that a Cleveland man had threatened to come onto the property to rob, kill and rape employees because he was upset about a claim he had filed.

They said they had sent him a letter indicating that he was not permitted on any Progressive properties, but they wanted police to be aware.
