HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- A vehicle sustained heavy front-end damage when it went off the roadway and crashed into a telephone pole in the 700 block of Miner Road Nov. 14.

The vehicle was occupied by a man and woman.

The man said he swerved off the roadway when he sneezed.

Officers had the man perform sobriety tests because he said he had one drink. He did well on the tests, but was still detained for having multiple outstanding warrants.

The Euclid man, 32, was not picked up on any of the warrants.

But a gun was found in the car, so he was arrested for having a weapon under a disability and being a fugitive from justice.
