Fort Collins Utilities will increase its rates anywhere from 6% to 9% in 2026, depending on the service, as it continues to invest in various infrastructure projects.

And the next few years are likely to bring higher increases in electric and water bills.

But for now, City Council approved the following residential rate increases for 2026 during its Nov. 18 meeting.
