A 17-year-old boy was slashed with a scalpel during a Friday clash inside his Bronx high school, cops and sources said.

The teen was cut on the head and neck around 11:45 a.m. inside Fordham Leadership Academy, located within the Theodore Roosevelt Educational Campus on East Fordham Road near Washington Avenue, authorities and sources said.

The attack stemmed from a fight in the second floor hallway of the school, according to the sources.

The boy was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, police said.

Two “persons of interest” were taken into custody and did not immediately face charges, cops said.
