CORALVILLE, Iowa (KCRG) - A family is displaced after a mobile home fire in Coralville Thursday night.
At approximately 7:30 p.m. Thursday, fire crews responded to a fire at the Western Hills mobile home park.
Upon arrival, fire crews found active flames coming from the home. Authorities say the fire was brought under control about an hour after arrival.
One adult was home when the fire started but escaped without assistance. The Red Cross assisted four adults and one juvenile.
The mobile home is considered a total loss. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, but officials believe it was accidental.
