ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. — An Orangeburg County teen has been arrested and charged for his alleged role in a drive-by shooting that happened on Monday.

According to an incident report provided by the Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to the 400 block of Mingo Street around 5:30 p.m. that day to reports of a shooting. Arriving officers found a male victim lying face down in a yard. The victim reportedly had a gunshot wound to the face, and a bystander was trying to help him.

Authorities believe the victim walked out of the back of a home in the area, and one or more people fired at multiple vehicles.
