MADISON (WKOW) – A Madison mother is pleading for the person responsible for a hit-and-run that involved her and three of her children to come forward.

The crash occurred on October 28, but authorities still have no information about the suspect driver.

Kaitlynn Rehdantc said she and her children were traveling to visit her son Jaden, who suffers from severe asthma, at UW Hospital when the incident happened.

"They hit me. We spun out, flew off into the ditch 100 feet from the road. They kept driving," Rehdantc said.

Rehdantc and her children were left in a ditch, but thankfully, no one was hurt and the car sustained minimal damage. However, the tow cost about $2,000.
