Presented by Hercules First Federal Credit Union , each week we honor athletes for their exceptional performance on the gridiron. Briggs and the Corner Canyon Chargers made their seemingly annual trip to Rice-Eccles Stadium last week for a showdown against Mountain Ridge High School. The Chargers got off to a quick start led by their ground game, racing out to a 14-0 first quarter lead with Briggs running in a touchdown from 38-yards out.
