Parents of children who play on the popular gaming platform Roblox have reason for serious concern, Today in Ohio podcas t hosts say, after two Northeast Ohio families have filed lawsuits alleging that the platform enabled sexual exploitation of their children .

Two 13-year-olds, a boy and a girl from Cuyahoga and Summit counties, were targeted for sexual exploitation by predators on the platform, the lawsuits say.

The consequences have been devastating for these children, Laura Johnstone xplained in Friday’s episode. “The 13 year old girl hurt herself after a predator she had met on Roblox released sexually explicit videos of her... on Snapchat.”
