GOOCHLAND, Va. (WWBT) - A driver was taken into police custody after their car crashed into the Capital One campus in Goochland.

Just before 11:30 a.m., on Wednesday, Nov. 20, deputies were called to the Capital One West Creek Campus for a reported crash.

Officials arrived and found that a silver Honda van hit the security gate at the corporate campus.

The van caught on fire and Goochland County Fire and Rescue extinguished it.

The sheriff’s office says a Hispanic man was seen running away from the scene into the woods.

He was then found a bit later leaving the area in a nother car.

No security personnel were hurt in the crash.

The driver was taken into custody and later identified as Rony Alfredo Barrillas Tomas, 19, of Guatemala.
