The first ever winner of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire ? has shared her thoughts on the show's host, Jeremy Clarkson . Judith Keppel, who scooped the jackpot in 2000 after more than 50 attempts to get on the show, has revealed her views.
At the time of her win, Judith was working as a garden designer and had spent over £100 trying to secure a spot on the show, despite being "struggling for money". Now, a quarter of a century later, she claims to still have the original £1million she won.
Rather than splurging on luxury cars or a new home, she chose to reinvest her winnings. Three years post-win, she joined the BBC Two quiz show Eggheads, where she remained for 19 years before retiring in 2022, reports the Mirror .
