Police in Concord, North Carolina, say four people were injured when gunfire erupted in a crowd during an annual tree lighting ceremony Friday evening. Concord Police Maj. Patrick Tierney, speaking during a press conference, said the shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. on Union Street near Corbin Avenue, just steps from the center of the event. Police said that the shooting was between two suspects who were known to each other and identified 18-year-old Nasir Ahmad Bostic identified as one of the shooters. Bostic, who was shot during the incident, was taken to hospital and listed in critical condition.
