A house in Union that sold for $735,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Union Township area between Nov. 3 and Nov. 16.

During the past two weeks, a total of 15 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $584,433. The average price per square foot was $413.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 3 to the week of Nov. 16 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
