A house in Ewing that sold for $800,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Trenton area in the past week.

In total, 61 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $207,438, or $146 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $380K, single-family house at 117 Morningside Drive

The detached house at 117 Morningside Drive in Trenton has new owners. The price was $380,000. The house was built in 1926 and has a living area of 1,728 square feet. The price per square foot was $220. The deal was finalized on Oct. 23.
