A dad is in a coma in Turkey after suffering a heart attack on holiday, his devastated family has revealed. Peter McMahon went into cardiac arrest on Wednesday morning (November 19), where his heart stopped beating for 70 minutes, and is being "kept alive by machines".

It was supposed to be a nice winter break for a week, when the 52-year-old flew out to Antalya resort on November 14. His worried daughter Teigan has now travelled to Turkey to be his bedside.

She told the Daily Record he is being "kept alive by machines" adding, "I got a call on Wednesday to say my dad was in ICU after he had a heart attack.

" He had a mini heart attack a few months ago. This was totally different.
