Olive Rustica brings old-world flavors to Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – There’s a gourmet shop on 1700th Broadway Street that’s bringing a taste of Europe right here to Chattanooga.

The owner, Audrey Hart, describes it as an authentic old-world market, the kind you might find tucked away overseas, filled with premium extra-virgin olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, fused oils, hand-selected pastas, sauces, and gifts.

She says everything inside is meant to help people cook healthier, make meals more flavorful, and offer a unique spot to find the perfect holiday gift.

“We really source from small groves that still use old-world techniques. They crush the olives within hours of being picked from the tree and ship them to us quickly. Our selection changes every six months as we rotate between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.”
