Car flipped onto roof and closed busy lanes

Three people were injured after a car crashed and flipped onto its roof on a popular route. A section of the A4093 at Hendreforgan, known locally as Blackmill lanes, was closed on Saturday afternoon due to the single-vehicle collision.

Emergency services were called to the serious crash near Gilfach Goch, Rhondda Cynon Taf, at approximately 2.15pm. A spokesman for South Wales Police later confirmed the vehicle involved in the collision "came to rest on its roof" with three occupants requiring medical attention. Their injuries are not thought to be serious.
