ROCHESTER, Minn. — Rochester Public Transit (RPT) will implement fall service changes on Sunday. These updates aim to enhance service reliability, system efficiency, and rider experience, while also reducing operational costs.

Key changes include the discontinuation of routes 103, 202, 217, and 309. Stops on these routes will still be served by other existing routes. However, a portion of Route 217 will no longer receive transit service due to low ridership, averaging 20 riders per day.

Adjustments will affect the frequency of routes 21 through 26 and 102, with additional alterations on routes 101, 102, 116, 204, 306, and 307. Route names 150x and 550x will change to 150 and 550, respectively. Minor timetable adjustments will apply to all routes.
