A 24-year-old man shot in the head multiple times was clinging to life after an attack on a Bronx streetcorner Sunday night, police said.
Police officers responding to a 911 call about an assault found the wounded man at the corner of W. 174th St. and Popham Ave. in Morris Heights at 8 p.m., cops said.
He was rushed to BronxCare Health Center in critical condition.
Police are investigating, and there were no immediate arrests.
