Thanksgiving is soon approaching, and that means many businesses and organizations will be closed for the day.

Federal and state offices along with banks will close to observe the holiday, but many stores choose to follow their own holiday schedule.

Walmart is not usually one to close for federal holidays, except for the few that fall at the end of the year.

However, it does offer holiday deals to help shoppers save during major sales events, including Black Friday, which falls one day later on Nov. 28.

So will you be able to visit Walmart for last-minute grocery and holiday decor shopping before all the Thanksgiving festivities begin this year?
