Wilfried Nancy is 'set' to become the next manager of Celtic, according to a new report.

The Frenchman has been the frontrunner for the post, which was vacated by Brendan Rodgers four weeks ago via his resignation. Since then, a number of individuals have been linked with the role, including Kjetil Knutsen of Bodo/Glimt, Ipswich Town's Kieran McKenna, and former manager Ange Postecoglou .

Nearly two weeks ago, 48-year-old Nancy, who is currently the head coach of Columbus Crew, was named as the favourite, with reports suggesting that the two parties were in 'advanced talks' over the ex-CF Montreal boss' move to Scotland.
