The wait is finally almost over, and Netflix has just turned the excitement up to eleven. With the premiere of Stranger Things 5, Volume 1 just days away, the streamer has dropped a final, explosive trailer that promises a darker, more action-packed return to Hawkins than ever before.

Released today, the footage gives fans their best look yet at the gang’s “insane” plan to take down Vecna once and for all, featuring everything from a flying Eleven to a high-speed Demogorgon chase. The new teaser features some brand-new shots, as well as a few we’ve seen previously in stills, clips, or teasers.

The trailer opens with Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo) sitting in a car with Steve (Joe Keery). Dustin insists their plan is “gonna work,” sounding fully sure of himself. Steve isn’t convinced. He notes
