Rounding out the Top 5 metros were Los Angeles, Minneapolis and Portland, where about 19% of adults also report CBD use or intent. Seattle No. 2 for CBD Among the 75 largest U.S. metro areas, Seattle ranked No. 2 for the percentage of adults who use or plan to use a CBD product.
