A new family-focused festival is coming to Edinburgh, with a chart-topping singer announced as a headliner.

Heather On The Hill will hit the Royal Highland Centre on August 22. Performing at the festival is Cian Ducrot, Ella Henderson, Skerryvore, NATI and Edinburgh's own Brooke Combe.

The festival will also offers immersive story sessions, arts and crafts, workshops, yoga, a music and singing tent, lively funfair attractions and face painting. There will also be a range of food and drink options from local vendors.
