As 2.3 million Michiganders hit the roads this week to get to grandmother’s house — or other relatives' homes for Thanksgiving — they’re likely to pay a little more at the gas pump than just a week ago.

Gas prices were, on average, $3.11 a gallon on Sunday, Nov. 23, which was 9 cents a gallon more than a week ago — and, coincidentally, 9 cents more than they were a year ago, according to AAA.
