Donations will be accepted until December 5, with drop-off available at KSP Post 1 on US Highway 45 North in Hickory, Kentucky. A cruiser is stationed outside for convenient donation placement, and items can also be brought to the lobby.
A special event will take place at the Kroger in Murray on December 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Suggested donations include canned goods, pasta, peanut butter, and instant foods. Kentucky State Police ask that all donations be unopened and unexpired.
