BENNINGTON — A Bennington woman who allegedly purchased alcohol for an 18-year-old driver and his friends was charged Monday after the driver rolled his car with his three friends inside, causing serious injuries, on Strohmaier Road in Pownal last June.
Alexis Precor, 27, is charged with one felony count of furnishing alcohol to a minor with a vehicle accident and injuries resulting. Precor pleaded not guilty in a Bennington courtroom Monday morning and was released on her own recognizance, with the condition that she not contact or harass any occupants of the vehicle.
Precor faces a possible five-year sentence and a $10,000 fine if she is found guilty.
