BENNINGTON — Siena Rose Facciolo, whose artist name is Siena Rose, has been sitting in front of piano keys since she was 6 years old, and singing along to records with her mother just about as long. As a young girl she dreamed of being a performing artist, and pursued music as her life’s passion at every possible turn.

The Vermont native and former longtime Sonatina Piano Camp student and junior faculty member, now 30 and living in Baltimore following her college years at McGill University and the University of Rochester, has taken another upward step in the world of professional music with the October release of her second album, “Yin,” a follow-up to her well-received 2018 debut, “Dear House.”
