Crews on Monday are working to contain a brush fire in Southwest Miami-Dade.
According to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, they received a call about a grass fire in the area of South State Road 836 near Southwest 137th Avenue.
Chopper6 hovered above the scene where heavy smoke and flames were seen.
Fire Rescue said crews are working to extinguish the fire from below, and air rescue is helping with recon from above.
The Florida Forest Service is also at the scene.
No injuries were reported.
