PORTSMOUTH — Here are some recent arrests made by the Portsmouth Police Department:

Monday, Nov. 17

Jonathon Usher West, 46, of 36 Wilkey Ave., was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked/canceled license, his fourth or subsequent offense. He was pulled over on Wilkey Avenue at Mill Lane at about 4 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 18

Hugo Ferdinando Calderson, 28, of 148 Bradford St., Apt. 5, Bristol, was charged with DUI, first offense, after being stopped on Bristol Ferry Road at Brownell Lane around 1:40 a.m. He was also cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test.

Tyler John Fumes, 27, of 17 Liberty Dock, Sausalito, Calif., was charged with operating a vehicle under a foreign license that had been suspended or revoked. He was pulled over for a moving violation at West Main and Mailcoa
