LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Administration at Jeffersonville High School is investigating an incident that happened between a student and a staff member.

According to a post from the Greater Clark County Schools , administrators are aware of a video circulating depicting the incident. They said an investigation is active, and the matter has escalated in line with district policy.

Officials said there is ongoing communication with school security as the investigation continues.

“The safety and well-being of our students, staff, and school community remain our highest priority,” officials wrote on social media.
